If you're reading this, I guess you already know that fan fiction deleted all my stories. For what it's worth, I'm okay with that. It's a bit of a pain, but nothing I can't handle. I'm in the process of uploading Errors to the blog I already have set up for that story and will set up a new blog for Enticements as well. For now, I will post the latest update to Enticements here, because I know some of you did not get to finish reading it there.
I do have one request. For various reasons, including time, I will only re-post my WIP stories to my blog. If you made personal copies of those or any of my other fan fiction stories, please feel free to continue to enjoy them personally, but do not post them to any other internet site or distribute them to other people. Thanks!

I started the chapter this morning but had to go to work. I went to read it and it said story not found I was so sad. If John did not still have his stuff on there I would walk away completely.

ReplyDeleteI must say I rather like my new blogs, though I know they are not as convenient for the readers. Hopefully when they see a drop in traffic that will likely result from the purge, FFN will re-consider adding an MA category.
DeleteI was only thinking about you the other day & wondering if you had been a victim of the big delete. I just don't understand why they can't have an MA rating which you need to put your birthdate in to access it. Anyway, I'm glad I found you & will be suscribing. X
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean about the MA rating on FFN and I, too, am very glad you found our nee homes :). I'm doing my best to upload all the stories as quickly as I can and will go back to writing as soon as that's done.

DeleteI'm so glad that I read enough of the Enticements update to know where to find you now. Thank you for more hours of entertainment than I could possible count. I'm pretty heavily invested in both Errors and Enticements so following you to this site is no trouble at all. Plus, update notices from blogspot are probably reliable enough to make it to my inbox, something that ffn hasn't been capable of for months. It's good to know that you are okay with everything.
ReplyDeleteYay! So glad you found the blog and I do hope that the e-mail updates will, indeed, be reliable. I'm just finishing uploading Errors to its blog and will go back to writing the next chapter of that as soon as I'm done. Enticements updates will be posted every couple of weeks, with Chapter 21 posting next weekend. :)

ReplyDeleteLosing track of writers is frustrating, especially when they are deleted without warning and have no way of telling their readers where to find their stories. I was very lucky that John was still on FFn and was able to communicate our location to our mutual readers. But I am very happy that you found the blog and hope that you enjoy future installments of Errors and Enticements!:)
